We are looking for an experienced Sr. InfoSec Engineer who will lead and support network security operations across global environments. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in firewalls, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity tools, with the ability to collaborate across regional teams and ensure a secure, high-performing environment.

The main responsibilities of a SR. INFOSEC ENGINEER include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-manage firewalls across global sites and factories, ensuring compliance and optimal performance

  • Conduct periodic audits of internal and external firewall configuration changes

  • Audit and validate network services including Routing, Switching, VPN, NAC, WLC, SD-WAN, Load Balancer, VoIP, NPS, TACACS, and DNS

  • Support global endpoint protection solutions such as Windows Defender ATP and Cortex-XDR

  • Maintain and improve the organization’s Security Scorecard posture

  • Collaborate with InfoSec teams to address network threats and enhance security policies

  • Partner with local teams and vendors to design and secure robust network infrastructure improvements

  • Review and guide customer system integrations to ensure compliance with internal security standards

Core Competencies

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  • Knowledge of circuits (DS3, DS1, T1, T3, E1, SIP, P2P, MLPPP, MetroE, MPLS, IVPN)

  • Knowledge of Telephony/PABX/VoIP technologies

  • Proficiency in structured cabling (UTP/Fiber Optics)

  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and wireless solutions (Cisco, Aruba, HP)

  • Experience with firewall and security technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM (QRadar, Sentinel)

  • Experience with VPN technologies (GlobalProtect)

  • Endpoint protection tools (Cortex-XDR, Windows Defender ATP)

  • Hands-on experience with NAC solutions (Forescout, FortiNAC, Cisco NAC)

  • Knowledge of authentication servers (TACACS+, RADIUS AAA, LDAP, SSO, SSL)

  • Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark)

  • Experience with load balancers (Citrix, Fortinet Ascenlink)

  • Strong project management, risk analysis, and reporting skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • At least 5+ years of experience in security and network engineering

  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, and Active Directory is a plus

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, or CISSP are an advantage

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Willingness to work across time zones and weekends if needed

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across APAC teams

  • Experience with Power BI is a plus
