We are looking for experienced Tech Sourcers to support a New York-based executive search firm specializing in high-quality placements across technology roles. The role focuses purely on candidate identification and pipeline building, with no outreach or screening responsibilities.
This is a research-driven role requiring strong understanding of technical profiles and the ability to identify high-quality candidates aligned with US market standards.

The main responsibilities of a TECHNICAL SOURCER include:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Build and manage sourcing projects within LinkedIn
- Identify qualified candidates across:
- Software Engineering (front-end, back-end, full-stack)
- Languages including Python, C++, C#, Java, Golang, and Javascript with it’s many frameworks)
- Data Roles
- Including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists
- Cyber Security roles
- AI / Machine Learning and Quantitative roles
- Infrastructure/Systems roles
- Including Linux/Windows Admins and Engineers, and Devops
- Network Engineering
- Application & Production Support
- Technical Project Management, Product Management, Program Management, and Business Analysts
- IT Managers, IT Directors, & CTOs
- Have experience sourcing candidates among a variety of industries, including but not limited to Financial Services, FinTech, Start-ups, etc
- Cross-reference sourced candidates against the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure candidate profiles align with role requirements and quality standards
- Maintain organized pipelines and project tracking
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 2 to 15 years of experience in tech sourcing or recruitment research
- Prior experience supporting US-based clients (preferably NYC or similar markets)
- Technical Understanding
- Strong familiarity with:
- Software Engineering (front-end, back-end, full-stack)
- Languages including Python, C++, C#, Java, Golang, and Javascript with it’s many frameworks)
Data Roles
- Including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists
- Cyber Security roles
- AI / Machine Learning and Quantitative roles
- Infrastructure/Systems roles
- Including Linux/Windows Admins and Engineers, and Devops
Network Engineering
- Application & Production Support
- Technical Project Management, Product Management, Program Management, and Business Analysts
- IT Managers, IT Directors, & CTOs
- Ability to interpret technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Sourcing Skills
- Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong Boolean search capabilities
- Experience creating structured sourcing projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Quality Mindset (Very Important)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to assess: Years of experience, Technical depth, Educational background
- Focus on candidate stability: Avoid frequent job hoppers, Prioritize consistent employment history
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Direct NYC market sourcing experience
- Exact industry background can be flexible if the candidate comes from: Executive search firms, RPO companies, Staffing firms, Offshore sourcing team
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
