The Technical Web Lead will drive the strategic planning and execution of all web-related initiatives across the enterprise, with a primary focus on the Drupal platform managed by Material+. This role ensures the technical integrity, scalability, and performance of web solutions while aligning with business goals and security standards.

The main responsibilities of a TECHNICAL WEB LEAD include:
- Lead the technical planning and decision-making process for Drupal-based web projects, including environment setup, deployment strategy, integration architecture, and data modeling.
- Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams.
- Define and enforce Drupal best practices, architecture patterns, and technology stack choices.
- Oversee the development and integration of custom modules, themes, and third-party systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project resilience.
- Review and approve technical deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency across codebases and deployment pipelines.
- Support DevOps and Infrastructure teams in CI/CD pipeline design, hosting architecture, and performance monitoring.
- Mentor technical leads and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in Drupal technologies.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Business Expertise
- Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective project reporting and documentation.
- Deep understanding of enterprise-grade web architecture and content management systems, particularly Drupal.
- Experience working within global organizations and managing offshore development teams.
- Familiarity with Material+ delivery models and support structures, including SLA-based engagements and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to align technical execution with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Problem Solving
- Ability to proactively identify technical risks and resolve complex integration challenges.
- Skilled in troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, deployment issues, and architectural misalignments.
- Capable of balancing short-term delivery pressures with long-term platform sustainability.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
