As the Training and Quality Lead at RANDEM Group, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive training and quality assurance programs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that all team members are educated and perform in accordance with industry standards and company policies, thus maintaining high levels of operational excellence and compliance.

The main responsibilities of a TRAINING AND QUALITY LEAD include:
- Training Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements through various methods such as surveys, interviews, and collaboration with management.
- Design and develop training programs and materials, including manuals, online learning modules, and interactive courses.
- Deliver training sessions, facilitate workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions, making necessary adjustments to improve future training strategies.
- Quality Responsibilities:
- Implement continuous process improvements to enhance quality standards across the organization.
- Perform regular audits and ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and resolve issues.
- Generate detailed reports on the effectiveness of training and quality programs and compliance with required standards.
- Leadership and Management Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team dedicated to training and quality assurance initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and with other departments.
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence and meet pre-determined metrics.

- Proven experience in developing and managing training and quality assurance programs in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies and compliance regulations.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Advanced skills in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation to drive decision-making and improvements.
- Capability to motivate and inspire team members, fostering an environment of growth and high performance.
- Experience in using modern educational technologies and platforms for training delivery.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
