The main responsibilities of a TRAINING MANAGER include:

  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with experts to design and revise training modules and materials that ensure all employees are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop and refine training content to meet the needs of a dynamic workforce, adapting to industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Training & Development: Conduct and facilitate training sessions covering company policies, operational systems, and job-specific skills, also managing external trainers for specialized topics.
  • Needs Assessment: Regularly evaluate the training needs of the organization through feedback and performance analysis, customizing programs to address identified gaps.
  • New Hire Onboarding and Integration: Lead the onboarding process to integrate new employees smoothly into the company culture and workflows.
  • Expectation Setting: Collaborate with management to establish and communicate clear performance expectations to team members.

  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead a team and manage training programs effectively.
  • Instructional Design: Strong background in creating structured training programs tailored to professional needs.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable format.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, and executing projects with timely deliverables.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Technological Proficiency: Comfort with learning and using new software and systems integral to developing and delivering training.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box to overcome challenges and improve training effectiveness.
  • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Analysis: Skills in assessing training effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
