Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the Travel Designer is responsible for the operational management of all reservations for our clients. His/her role is key in ensuring quality and prompt execution. They must be extremely precise in implementing all the itineraries proposed to our clients. They play a very active role in client satisfaction.
- Manage client’s emergencies effectively in the absence of the Client Advisor.
- Answer incoming calls, presenting LARTISIEN and our services, and relaying them to Client Advisors.
- Understand the client's expectations and take their profiling into account to ensure that requests are carried out correctly.
- Ensure with excellence the complete operational deployment of itineraries created by the Destination Manager (all reservations to be made with our partners concerning: hotel reservations, transfers and car hire, experiences and restaurants).
- Act as the main contact for our partners in organising itineraries.
- Validate the itinerary with the Private Client Advisor or the Client Advisor to ensure that it is carried out correctly and with the expected level of excellence.
- Anticipate any difficulties the client may face. He/she must take positive preventive action with the DMCs and external agencies on the quality of execution in order to anticipate potential customer problems with a "what if" mindset.
- He ensures high standards are met towards external parties regarding the execution of confirmed itineraries.
