We are hiring a Website Administrator to monitor, maintain, and improve our websites. This role ensures high uptime, fast performance, and smooth functionality across platforms.

The main responsibilities of a WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR include:
- Monitor and maintain all existing company websites.
- Identify and fix technical issues (broken links, errors, downtime).
- Handle ongoing QA and perform regular site audits.
- Work with developers to implement updates and improvements.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing and designing WordPress-based websites. 10 websites end-to-end.
- Proven UX/UI design portfolio showcasing user-centred design and responsive web layouts.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of user research, prototyping, information architecture, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with Metasphere, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or ClickFunnels for automation and email design.
- Strong command of SEO, GA4, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to handle multiple brand environments and deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
