We are seeking a highly skilled Xero expert to join our team through an outsourcing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exporting data and setting up a new Xero subscription tailored to our business needs.

The main responsibilities of a XERO EXPERT include:

  • Set up and configure a new Xero subscription, including data export and migration.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Xero-related queries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure financial reporting accuracy.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Xero, including setup and data migration.
  • Experience in preparing management accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Irish accounting and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Certification: Completion of Xero Advisor Certification ( Levels 1 & 2), and maintaining it with mandatory quarterly product update assessments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to set up and manage the chart of accounts, bank rules, and bank feeds for automatic reconciliation.
  • Core Functionality: Expertise in processing sales invoices, quotes, inventory, and accounts payable/bills.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Competence in Xero Payroll and managing compliance tasks.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Using Xero’s reporting tools to create and interpret financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
  • App Ecosystem: Familiarity with integrating third-party apps (e.g., Stripe, Shopify) for specific business needs.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: High numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex financial data to clients.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
