Join Zoom's high-performing Small Business sales team as we drive AI-powered business transformation across Thailand and Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for quota-crushing sales professionals who thrive on pipeline discipline, proactive prospecting, and building lasting customer relationships.

You'll own the full sales cycle for small businesses (1-100 employees), leveraging Zoom's AI-enhanced collaboration platform to solve real business challenges. Success in this role requires relentless pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and a data-driven approach to sales execution.

The main responsibilities of a SMALL BUSINESS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE include:

Sales Execution:

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities for Zoom solutions across Thailand and neighboring markets
  • Qualify inbound leads within 24 hours and convert to meetings within 48 hours
  • Conduct 40+ prospecting activities daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting AI-powered features and ROI
  • Navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals independently

Customer Engagement:

  • Build trust-based relationships with small business owners, founders, and decision-makers
  • Understand customer business challenges and map Zoom solutions to their needs
  • Position Zoom's AI capabilities (smart transcription, automated scheduling, intelligent backgrounds) as productivity multipliers
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure successful onboarding and expansion opportunities

Territory Management:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration
  • Identify high-value accounts and prioritize outreach accordingly
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership content
  • Stay current on competitive landscape and industry trends

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of proven sales success in SaaS, UCaaS, or technology sales with consistent quota attainment
  • Track record of pipeline discipline: You know how to build, manage, and convert pipeline into revenue
  • Business fluency in  English (written and verbal)
  • CRM proficiency: Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to small businesses (1-100 employees) in Thailand or SEA markets
  • Understanding of AI trends and applications in business communications
  • Demonstrated thought leadership (webinars, content creation, speaking engagements)
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach platforms)
  • Track record of building pipeline from scratch in new or underpenetrated markets

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
